It appears Grambling has stepped their little game up. But, man, this battle seems like a step above St. Aug and McDonough 35 in NOLA. Why bore us with this nonsense?

This was a very very very good battle.

A major step above the hodgepodge of BS that was crankfest.

Both bands sounded stellar.

:surprised: look at Grambling actually making fetch happen.

PVAM is on one this year. Definitely would like some Texas Flavor at Queen City next year.

Again very impressed with Grambling. This can’t be the same band from the beginning of the year. Toccata and fugue, Redbone and love galore was very nice  you guys may actually give southern a challenge this year. The power and control is noticed. The organization is clearly working hard to clean up and restore this band to its former glory.

PVAM is turning into quite the monster. I love to see a band operate like a Sound Machine. Props to the staff. Definitely doing a good job. That “location and MyMyMy” was :hall:

Again great showcasing from both bands.

I have to admit, I attended GSU’s homecoming game and I was impressed by their performance. Those pink plumes were cool to recognize Breast Cancer awareness. By the way, The World Famed needs to take it’s “GSU Rocks the House” back from J-State. That is still one of the biggest robberies in HBCU band history!

With some of the tired and off key bands I have seen folks promote and complement, this whole Grambling moratorium thing is getting kinda old. Give a band props where they deserve it.
