What are you basing yor decision off of?!? What state are you in? Out of state or instate? Are you looking for traditional or online? What program (degree) are you in? HBCU or PWC?

Gotta give us a little bit more.

OK, again I think we need more information in order to help you:

-Are you interested in (music) performance, education, industry, technology...?
-Does it matter to you whether it's an HBCU or a PWC?
-How long has it been since you left / are your chops up to par for an audition?
-Are you able to pay for college yourself, or will you need financial aid?
-Will you meet admissions requirements for schools you're potentially interested in (grades, test scores, letters of rec, etc.)?
-Most importantly: what's your ultimate goal / rationale for going back? It's not clear from your posts whether you've thoroughly thought this through...
